Please take a close look at our Photo Upload Guide.

Unfortunately, if the photo is not uploaded correctly, you may not get the results you expect from your gift. If you have problems uploading photos, you can contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp application.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the photo he uploads.

✔️ CENTER THE PHOTO ✔️

Make sure the uploaded photo is centered and in the correct position. As in the example below:

Too Zoomed and Uncentered Photos

If your photo is too zoomed in or centered, it will not be accepted. See the example below:

Blurry Photos

Blurred and unclear photos will not be accepted. See the example below:

Dark Photos

Dark and poorly lit photos will not be accepted. See the example below:

Low Quality, Pixel by Pixel Photos

Low quality, pixel by pixel photos will not be accepted. See the example below:

Use high resolution and clear photos. Quality photos make our job easier and provide better results for you.
